Air-con Maintenance Since July 2020

I had my air-cons maintained today since July 2020.
I wanted to have them in May, but there were no available slots in May.
Also, I had Hepatitis A / hepatitis B mixed vaccination last Saturday.
As such, it was today.
 
It is supposed to take every 3 months, but I am not a tenant, but an owner of this unit, so that it would be okay, I think. 😊
When I was living in Japan, I never got an air-con maintenance.
Here, in Southeast Asia, air-cons are always turned on when I am in the room.
That is why air-con maintenance is required.
In addition to this, the place allows air to pass through easily, so that air-cons get dirty quickly and floor get dusty soon. ☹
 
I hope I will have the maintenance every 4 months.
I would like to care my everyday life more.
I will dispose unnecessary stuff, which makes to do housecleaning easily, and I can live in clear rooms.
I wish to get out from dirty and dusty rooms!
